Crazy Horse on Christmas

The festival of Christmas transcends religion.  It is like the snow on the ground, pure and rebirthing for both the earth and mankind.

Any attack on Christmas because of its religious history is not an attack on a religion, it is an attack on purity, peace and rebirthing.

The Christmas festival is significant for the energetic flow of the earth.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on goodwill

Where you have a festival on earth, religious or cultural, that promotes for the duration of the festival, feelings of goodwill to all men; you will extend this feeling of goodwill at the same time feeling it come into you from others.

To not feel it takes a mighty effort of the mind to block the good feelings.

If man can extend such feelings of goodwill for the duration of a festival, he can at any time.  The only blocker is his mind.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on a clash of cultures

The history of earth is full of clashes of culture, either within countries, or between countries.  Many have led to wars.

Almost always, war has resulted from a fear that one culture would wipe out the other.  At times, this has been the aim of one party to war.

Cultures have a way of surviving, usually in a modified form and as you look back over history, you will see a merged culture in almost all places.  This is how it is meant as the world travels slowly to being one.

Hear not those who spread fear about another culture taking over your own, it has never happened and will not.

Instead, find a way to mutually embrace different cultures.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 16 November 2015

Crazy Horse on a heavy heart

When your heart is heavy, set aside the weapons of war, for they will slow down your recovery.

Once recovered, decide then if you really want to take up the weapons of war, for they will only bring a heavy heart to you again.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on feeling sorry

You can feel sorry about the events in your life, including what caused them to come about.  However, don't feel sorry for yourself or for others.

If feeling sorry for yourself, replace it with action about changing your situation.

If feeling sorry for others, replace it with asking them to detail to you their action plan to change their situation.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Sunday 15 November 2015

Crazy Horse on secrets

People who are obsessed with secrets, have a clogged mind.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 9 November 2015

Crazy Horse on interest groups

A leader, elected with debts owing to lobby groups, is an emasculated leader, for they cannot lead from their feelings of what is right.

Therefore political convenience leads to national inconvenience.

Where a system pretends to want to elect individuals on their values and then does not allow them to use those values to lead, the system needs changing.  Until it is do not expect leadership, only servitude to the interest groups.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on bombing

It is easy to follow.  Bombing causes extreme human suffering and dislocation.  It is extreme bullying.

Each victim of bombing will fight for the rest of their life to overcome the emotional darkness it delivered to them.

Would you bomb someone you love.  If not, begin to love those who you want to bomb.

This makes the decision to bomb much harder.  If you can't make a decision to love those who you want to bomb, you should not be in a position to decide who to bomb.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on context

To dream of a time gone by and idealise it as perfect is creating a false illusion for no time in history is perfect.

Learn from the actions of your ancestors as to how they handled the particular circumstances of their life, overcame the difficulty and left their legacy, both good and bad.

In this way you create a context.  Without context things will seem either better or worse than they actually were.

Context means understanding the circumstances in which both decisions and actions were taken.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Thursday 5 November 2015

Crazy Horse on Indigenous leaders

Indigenous leaders, know they cannot rest on their laurels for they are accountable to the next generation.

In this way they differ from non indigenous leaders.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, throug Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Crazy Horse,on the aggressor in war

In war it is the emptiness of the human spirit of the leader which causes them to be the aggressor.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual, teacher

Crazy Horse on wishful thinking.

One bad apple spoils the whole barrel is mythical, not truth.

One good Apple will fix all of the bad apples is truth, not myth.

It just depends on what you wish for, therefore allow into your life.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on grandparents

One of the reasons grandparents are admired is because they take the time to love.  In a world caught in a whirlwind of achieving little, grandparents are a beacon.

Grandparents greatest appeal is to children.  Therefore in the children and grandparents, the world is in a reasonable state.  It is only the adults causing the problem.

What are they being taught by other adults and when will the grandparents be given a greater role in teaching young adults.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on sons.

The son's of fathers will only carry on their father's tradition if they are proud of their father.

As they mature and form their own values, it will be the values of the father they will be proud of and follow, more than just their actions.

If they are not proud of the values of their father, they will cast a new shadow.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 26 October 2015

Crazy Horse on 'saints and sinners'

Being a saint or a sinner is a state endowed upon you by parts of society because of your actions.  Be aware that only a moment in time separates a saint and a sinner, for at any time one can become either.

In helping a sinner become a saint, they just need to be taught to think beyond themselves and their own needs.

In helping a saint to remain a saint, they have to be taught that they have needs.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Crazy Horse on Harmony

Which bird in nature is disconnected from all other birds?  None.  All birds are in tune with the energy and existence of all others birds and sing their song to add to the symphony of noise from other birds.  In the bird world this creates harmony.

The existence of this harmony comes about through the connection between all birds.

It's a good place to start for national and international harmony.  Accept the presence and energy of all other people and add to their music of life.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 19 October 2015

Crazy Horse on the wisdom of the baby

If the voice of a baby is sufficiently loud and insistent to have its needs met, why haven't adults learned to do the same.

Speak out in a voice insistently demanding to have your needs met, particularly by your leaders.  In so doing you will have learned the wisdom of the baby and will begin to change your world.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

crazy Horse on gifts

In choosing a gift for another, there are two that from time to time they will need.  The first is the encouragement to meet their own karma which will inevitably mean taking the road less travelled.  The second is encouragement to not commit acts to others which will only bring a bigger karma.

The key is not in the karma, but in the encouragement.  It is the missing ingredient in so many lives.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Sunday 18 October 2015

Crazy Horse on 'black and white' thinking

There is, by itself, nothing wrong with being a black and white thinker, for it can lead a person to being a decision maker.  However, as a general rule, the more a person is a black and white thinker, the more judgemental they are and the less tolerant and compassionate they are.  This is a reflection of their childhood.

Where an adult person chooses to remain black and white, they are choosing to hold onto their childhood rather than grow.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 12 October 2015

Crazy Horse on electing leaders

So many societies in the world today elect political leaders who take office burdened with promises to interest groups who helped them get elected.

The opposite is to elect a political leader unburdened by promises to interest groups.  On the face of it, this is a better choice, unless the political leader is burdened with  misshapen beliefs which are a much greater burden to society than interest groups.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Crazy Horse on political correctness

Political correctness ought to be seen as necessary at a point in time in history when a culture is still adapting its behaviour away from bias and prejudice to that of greater acceptance and equality.

Beware of those who decry political correctness and be sure they are not trying to return you to a less enlightened time.

Whilst not a recipe for bedding down cultural change, it is, at a point in time, an important symbol to acknowledge all people as equal.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual, teacher

Crazy Horse on brinkmanship

The act of brinkmanship is disguised aggression and bullying, overtly trying to force an opponent to cower and give in to your terms.

Whilst political leaders act with brinkmanship and the public allows that behaviour to occur, there cannot be gains in society, just a segregation of power.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Crazy Horse on fighting for peace

As different countries fight for world dominance, disguised as part of a fight for world peace, the outcome can only bring negativity, not peace.

Where the method to find peace includes fighting, peace will not come.  You don't fight for peace, peace only comes via peaceful methods.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 14 September 2015

Crazy Horse on helping other countries

Where a country has an international perspective in their policies, but they only have it so as to increase their own dominance, it is a sleight of hand.

Helping others so as to gain a bigger advantage for themself, is as bad as isolating themselves from the rest of the world.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on world peace

Economically, every country is interdependent with each other. Notwithstanding this, when a country's economy is doing well the political leaders take the credit.  When it is going bad, they blame world affairs.

So it is with world peace.  Every country is interdependent with each other.  No longer can it be accepted that political leaders treat the needs of their own country over the needs of the world.  Where a political leader speaks of their country needing to be isolated from the problems of the world the populace must speak back.

The tide is turning, less and less is there a place on earth for political leaders whose vision is either non existent or insular.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Tuesday 8 September 2015

Crazy Horse on good and bad energy

The only way to change the darkness in your world is for people who are good to integrate into the dark parts of the world bringing light and positive change.

Why is it believed that people with negative energy will lower the energy of those with positive energy.  It is the reverse.  Positive energy is more powerful than negative energy and Always will be.

All of this argues against segregation, including segregation through border control.  The idea of a country with good energy hiding itself from the rest of the world so as to preserve itself is silly, short sighted, small minded, selfish and put into place by people more interested in self grandiosement than betterment of the world.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Thursday 3 September 2015

Crazy Horse on refugees

In my time, when my people were destroyed by the greater weapons of war of the American white man, we were herded into reservations, which are the equivalent of your modern day refugee camps.

It is inhuman and abhorrent behaviour.  Set them free into new countries where they can belong, though with a merged culture.

Every country in the world who actively or passively  supports the bombing of these countries, is dutibound to take the refugees into the bosun of their countries.

What an opportunity for a political leader to be other than small, by telling their people that as a citizen of earth it is their duty to help on a wholesale proportion and help they will.

How much better it would be to have history record a leader as a humanitarian, rather than small, narrow and selfish.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 24 August 2015

Crazy Horse on corruption

Whilst the earth operates in a way where one country holds most of the wealth, there will be abuse and corruption.

This will change only when a leader appears who believes their duty is not primarily to the people of their own country, but to the people of the world.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on the world crisis

Your world is approaching a mini crisis and everyone is concerned.  The reality is that the mini crisis has been approaching since 2009. It is just that people are now worried because it is demonstrating itself financially, which is the language of most.

Chane your values or these crises will continue and grow.  A failure to change values one year after the last crisis leads to today.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 17 August 2015

Crazy Horse on protecting your borders.

How the world welcomes international trade opportunities.  How it welcomes world wide communication.  How it denigrates countries who block full and open internet access to their people for they do not want their people to be exposed to outside views.

Strangely the same world applauds people who stop other people entering their country to live.

Where a country excludes itself from international trade, communication and when needed, aid; it can defend a position of excluding people from other parts of the world from wanting to live there.

Until then, stopping people at their borders is indefensible, selfish, inconsistent and silly.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on the age of reason

There is a time in their life when children reach the age of reason.  It's a time when they begin to understand 'why' things happen or are meant to happen.

All parents are aware of this time, this coming of a new maturity.  Why then do parents regularly refuse to prepare their children for this time by refusing to answer the child when they ask 'why' during their formulative years.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 10 August 2015

Crazy Horse on peace

Feeling safe, is a prerequisite to peace.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on gaining a financial advantage

If after a battle and subsequent submission by one party, a form of peace can be found, why can't it be found before the battle.

What drives the need of one man to dominate and rule another.  If it is idealism based on a higher form of belief, that will make sense to some, but not most.  If it is based on the practical desire to gain a financial advantage, that will make sense to most but not some.

Herein is the problem, obtaining a financial advantage over another, ought not make sense to anyone.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on staying hidden

To master the world you have to cross the oceans.  Staying hidden only allows you to resolve your difficulties with yourself.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual, teacher.

Monday 3 August 2015

Crazy Horse on propaganda

Propaganda is not restricted to war time, it is used as often in non war times, just not as openly.

It is well known physically that the body will follow the direction of the head, thus control the head and you have controlled the body.

The same applies to propaganda, it is used to control your mind, therefore, your actions.

Run all information through the filter of your values before deciding what it causes you to think.  It is your values that define you.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on the indigenous

The debate about how to treat indigenous people in any country should never need a debate.  Treat them equally.

Correct the mistakes of the past in one effort, give them full equality in all senses, without forcing them to lose their identity.

Granting full equality will not be popular.  That will always be so, doing what is right will not make you popular, just right.

Once equality is gained, give them time to adjust to this new status and act accordingly.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 27 July 2015

Crazy Horse on intent

If you categorise a person as simple you are making a dumb mistake.

All people, no matter what their intellectual status, are capable of deep thought, cunningness, manipulation.

It is their intent which determines their thoughts and actions.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on your best

Never mind the rest, just do your best.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Monday 20 July 2015

crazy Horse on stages of growth

When you begin a pathway of growth, there will be many markers on the way, where you can continue to grow or stop at the marker.

The markers are events in your life and are not put there to cause you to stop, but to reflect and choose the level of growth you want.

A bad choice is not to stop growing, but to be dishonest with yourself and the world as to,why you have stopped.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual, teacher.

Crazy Horse on status quo

Because you are leading your life with good intent, trying to show the way to others, do not expect others will see that and be grateful.
.
In living differently to others you are exposing to them where they are at.  Some will see it and change, most will see it and not be grateful that you have exposed their life to them, thus challenged their status quo.

From my guid, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual, teacher.

Monday 13 July 2015

Crazy Horse on renegades.

In my time, if a person or group of people did not want to live the way of the tribe for the betterment of all, they were asked to leave the tribe, not to return.  Their behaviour over a period of time meant that they had chosen this but not enacted it.

In going alone they were free to make whatever choice they wanted to and live with the consequences.

If a country takes actions which demonstrate they do not want to be part of a wider solution to the advancement of earth, set them free to be alone, to make their own choices and live with the consequences.

In my day they were called renegades.  The tribe always benefitted from their absence.

People and people in countries should be free to make their own decisions.  If the cost of those decisions is too great to the whole, then allow them to learn for themselves, by themselves.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Crazy Horse on science

The science of man is formidable, but do not see it as the means of all discovery.  Science needs to be pointed. The knowledge to help the earth lies beyond the earth. As this knowledge becomes more readily known and understood, then science will use that knowledge to take the earth to new places.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

crazy Horse on being a misfit

A fish out of water either  symbolises a person who is a misfit or someone who has created a great innovation and everyone around has yet to catch up to them.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 29 June 2015

Crazy Horse on the road to Humility.

The road to Humility takes you through a town called Arrogance.  Some chose to stay in that town, a few choose to continue on.

Having left Arrogance, it's easy to re visit, but not too often and less and less.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on wisdom

Wisdom derived in life and not utilised becomes a burden.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 22 June 2015

Crazy Horse on accountability

The lack of accountability in your social media makes it easy for people to say what they want without recourse to facts or fairness.  An abuse of the availability of social media is an abuse of power.

Whilst it is ironic that someone would abuse their power to use social media to falsely accuse another of abuse of power, what needs to be remembered is that it will bring with it an additional karmatic debt.

Therefore, know that a lack of accountability on earth does not equate to a lack of accountability spiritually.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on suppirt

You all need support in life and particularly in difficult times.  Whether you think the support you have is too little or you are drowning in a sea of support, the outcome is the same, support is only support.  The actions in life must be taken alone.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Monday 15 June 2015

Crazy Horse on symbols

Symbols mark history and in their presence some gain a deeper appreciation of the history and from that a strength.

As an Indian I did not believe in symbols.  Taking a scalp was an Indian symbol. I took none.  I believed that the history of my ancestors flowed into me energetically and the history I was living would energetically flow to others.

In other words, I believed in the pure transference of energy from one to another, from my ancestors to me and from the great spirit to me.  Symbols were unnecessary and were more for personal glorification.

From my guid, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 8 June 2015

Crazy Horse on privacy

In a room without windows you have privacy but no light.  Therefore, the cost of total privacy is darkness.

People like windows in a room for it lets light in to balance the dark.

Windows have another equal purpose, they let the darkness out.

Opening up some of yourself to others has the same effect.  It allows some of your darkness out.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 1 June 2015

Crazy Horse on humility

Humility comes when a person recognises the power they have or have had, how that power was bestowed upon them as part of a much bigger scheme than themselves and how they failed to take advantage of their opportunity to use that power for the greater good.

In recognising this a person sees where they fit in the larger scheme of existence, what they could have achieved and how they limited themselves for personal gain.  At this point humility enters, along with it a deep burning desire to put right at a future stage what they failed to achieve.

Unfortunately this state of humility often comes after passing over.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual, teacher

Monday 25 May 2015

Crazy Horse on the gift of the American Indian

The American Indian are a part of a rare collective of people who have been on earth, who are equally in touch with the earth and their great spirit at the same time.  It is this combination which allows them so much knowledge in need of teaching.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

CrazyHorse on gratitude

Gratitude is what the weary feel when the wise have rejuvenated them.

Crazy Horse on taking credit for what someone else has done

Taking credit for what someone else has done is to steal from the other person and to fraudulently portray yourself.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

crazy Horse on a medical crisis

In a medical crisis, finding an inner peace with the situation removes the fear.

With the fear removed, life not only goes on, but growth returns.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 11 May 2015

Crazy Horse on safe

Your hot air balloons are fitted with a regulator that allows the flow of gas into the balloon to be adjusted.  This is done to allow the balloon to rise and fall, but mostly to fall slowly and safely to the ground.

Man is not inclined to take a hot air balloon ride without knowing or believing that he can land safely.

This goes to most parts of human behaviour.  Actions are only undertaken where the outcome is safe.

This makes man both predictable and mediocre.

At times there are things in life so important, that the doing of them is more important to your journey than not doing them because your arrival at the destination of your choice is not guaranteed.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on teaching

Teachers are people from whom you learn. They include school teachers but teaching comes from many sources.

When speaking of teachers, people on earth classify them as good or bad teachers.  Bad teachers are those from whom you have trouble learning.

If a teacher cannot teach you, they are not a bad teacher, for they are not a teacher at all.  Think not of good or bad teachers, just teachers and those who profess to be, but are not.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Wednesday 6 May 2015

Crazy Horse on a new way

The material possessions of earth are mostly owned by a few.  This model is seen as best for the advancement of earth as there is a presumption that they few will use their material resources to create opportunities to share it with others.

Your history shows this rarely happens.

Growth and advancement on earth can only come from a different model, one where many equally share the load to rid the earth of selfish values and many join together to bring in new and shared values.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on your spiritual beliefs.

Every person on earth carries emotional wounds arising from your dealings with other people.  These help form who you are.  In understanding who you are you must first have clear in your mind what behaviours you will accept from others before your own values have been transgressed too far.

When on earth I considered myself tolerant, however, if someone tried to stop me having my own spiritual beliefs, I would take whatever action I deemed necessary to maintain my right to my beliefs.

Monday 27 April 2015

Crazy Horse on when do you leave a workplace

It is time to leave a workplace when you no longer believe in what the organisation is doing or how they are doing it.

To stay after that is to bring to yourself tension and sickness from the conflict with your values, with your only reward being money.

From my guide, Crazy Horse through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

CrazyHorse on selfishness

Selfishness arises from a state of mind that causes you to think of events in other people's lives and ponder them only from your perspective and what you might gain from them.

Crazy Horse on home

Home is where you belong.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Monday 20 April 2015

Crazy Horse on worthy

The feeling of being worthy comes from giving your best.

Your best does not have to equal the best of others.  It is the fear of this which causes inaction, which in turn robs you of the feeling of being worthy

Let the action of giving your best be enough for it is only inaction that justifies the feeling of unworthy.

Crazy Horse on blundering through life

There are points in time in your life when you will blunder along, stepping forward blindly, hoping you do not get hurt badly.  This blundering along is normal and acceptable, but only for a time.

If you feel you continue to blunder through life, blindly moving forward, then you have not learned the lessons of the past.

Stop, recognise what you have not accepted, therefore not changed.  Change it and you will find you move along with a new clarity and ease.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Crazy Horse on rich and powerful

You do not need to be rich and powerful to find your spiritual pathway.
It is the journey to finding them that makes you rich and powerful.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Crazy Horse on moral compass

A country loses its moral compass when it forgets the great deeds of its ancestors.

From my guide, Crazy Horse through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

crazy Horse on avoiding

When something is low priority and you do not attend to it, you are not avoiding, you are recognising it as unimportant.
When something is high priority and you do not attend to it, you are avoiding, for you are attempting to justify making the important, unimportant.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy horse on Pride

Pride is in knowing you are carrying on the work of your ancestors and letting the world know how much you enjoy doing that through the look on your face.

Crazy Horse on the role of the spokesperson

A group needs a spokesperson. The spokesperson is the one who tells the group's truth in such a way that it is not lost in meandering around the point.

The truth is too often lost in the bravado, ego and tempestuous ness of the spokesperson.

The role of the spokesperson is onerous.  Flavour the message only with the spice of the group.

From my guide, Crzy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on negotiating

When negotiating a peace with another person, no matter who and what the problem stems from conduct yourself by;

Sitting down where you are both placed equally and on level ground.
Earn the other person's respect through listening.
Reply courteously.
Be sincere in your attitude and actions.
Do not consider winning, for to win is to lose.
Demonstrate your good faith.
Maintain your pious belief in your position.
Allow the other person to do the same.
Moderate your position in favour of the other person.
Never concoct a lie or half truth.
Do not be evangelical.
Resist the temptation to harass the other person to an outcome.
Where you believe the other person is not understanding you, do not think of them as being stupid, re explain.
Only continue to negotiate where you believe the other person wants an outcome.
If ever you realise you are negotiating with a lier, stop and walk away for they have just made the ground you are negotiating on, uneven.
Once you have walked away either decide to disassociate with the other person or fight them.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on success

Success is when people are attracted to you because of your loving energy and they accept it is that which will best propel them through their life.

When people are attracted to you for other reasons, they are more for earthly gains.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Saturday 28 March 2015

Crazy Horse on sorrow

Sorrow is that pitiful place you get into when you realise you have handed control of you own life to another.

From my guide CrazyHorse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on control

When I learned to ride a horse, I quickly learned that I was riding the horse, not controlling it and often, not even steering it.

Once I understood that the horse did not need my control, I was able to ride it in such a different way and in so many positions.  The horse reacted to this and ran in such a way that allowed me to ride better and to experiment on different ways to be on the horse.

This resulted in much higher levels of exhilaration and I became a better horse rider.

So it is with life.  Relinquish the need for control, accept your path and find ways to be exhilarated by your life and you will be a better human.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Wednesday 25 March 2015

Crazy Horse on belonging

Because all things and all people on earth are connected, the feeling of belonging is a part of that.

No person on earth exists outside the framework of being connected to all others.  Therefore, all people belong to at least one thing and that is co-existence on earth.

In reality, each person belongs to many things eg. the earth, their country, their village, their community and their friends.

The more evolved the person, the more they will feel a belonging to all of these groups.

A lack of belonging will be because of self exclusion or group exclusion.

If you self exclude, it could be a good or bad decision, but you will lose a sense of belonging.

If you are excluded, the decision of the group might be right or wrong, but you will still lose a sense of belonging.

When that sense of belonging is lost, anger rises and decision making is impaired.  With the advent of anger, the person's feelings of love disappear proportionately.

As people come to earth to increase their own levels of love, therefore, the level of love on earth; a lack of belonging works directly against this primal objective.

Therefore, belonging is an intrinsic part of life on earth.  No person exists alone.  No person can grow alone.

Crazy Horse on ancestors

The actions of your ancestors are meant to liberate you, not confine you.

As people understand this, growth can come to earth.

Crazy Horse on today

Today is a point in time when you embrace your future.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on Tomorrow

Crazy Horse on revenge

Revenge is a dish, eaten hot or cold, which will reduce your appetite for the rest of  your earthly journey.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on pride

Pride is an outcome of self reliance.

Self reliance is an outcome of action.

Action requires input from others.

From my guide Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Crazy Horse on receiving help

People who never seek help to overcome the emotional hurts of their life, will always be limited in the relationship they have, or can have.

People who spend years receiving help for the emotional hurts of their life, will always be limited in the relationship they have, or can have.

Those who never seek help will carry with them a blocked off part of themselves which will stop them showing all of themselves.

Those who are forever receiving help face the trap of living in the past and will not fully face the future.

Receiving help is essential.  So is learning from the help and acting upon it.

Crazy Horse on being lonely

When not in a relationship, loneliness is having no one to share what you experienced and learned during that day.

When in a relationship, loneliness is when the person with you does not want to listen to what you experienced and learned during that day.

Crazy Horse on coming of age

The coming of age for an Indian boy was when we were accepted as a warrior.

The coming of age for a person in your civilisation is when you choose to take time from your life to rescue another.

Once rescued and back to full strength, what do you do when they turn on you, which so often happens.

Move on from them and seek the next one to help.

Crazy Horse on insecurity

Insecurity is when you are in a dark stage in life and whilst you are aware there is a light guiding you forward, you cannot trust it.

Instead you wander around in the dark trying to find your own way and getting more and more lost and fearful.

Therefore, security lays in trusting the direction the light is taking you in and following it.

Crazy Horse on trust

I could always trust an animal for they acted purely on instinct, or as you call it, feelings.  All I had to do was get to know the animal and understand their instincts to be able to trust them.

I could rarely trust a human for mostly their instinct or feeling was overridden by thoughts.  These thoughts always included a personal gain.

Therefore, trust is only possible where people act upon their feelings, without the thought of how others would judge them for their actions or how such actions might give them a gain.

All you have to do then is to get to know the person and their feelings.  Thereafter, you can decide whether to trust them based upon whether they act in accordance with those feelings.

Thoughts are the enemy of trust.

Crazy Horse on happiness or hurt.

He stood alone, his heart strong, his spirit weak, filled with trepidation about the future.

His self obsessed tendencies driving him to the brink of extinction.

Would his spirit become strong and guide him to safety and happiness or would his obsession drive him to extinction.

Happiness is never found in hurting others, but in loving them.  Happiness is a joyous place of togetherness.  Obsession , hurting and hatred are a place inhabited by the lonely.

The choice between happiness and hurt will determine the choice the person makes.

Crazy Horse on life's passengers.

The passenger in life is the person who moves forward, looking backwards at there they have been.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher

Crazy Horse on being attacked in life

A hallmark of a person with high values is their vulnerability.
A hallmark of a person with low values is their need and desire to identify the vulnerability of the good person and attack it so as to hurt them.
The good person must stand by their values, remain vulnerable, but surround themselves with other good people until the threat passes.
Remember the person of low values is a fearful person who attacks because of this fear.  In facing a united front of good, they will run away because of this very fear.

From my guide, CrazyHorse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on changed behaviour from a leader,

When a leader changes their ways because they have learned a better way, they have grown in understanding.

When a leader changes their ways in order to retain the role as a leader, they have learned nothing, they are just practising more subterfuge.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on advice

You more easily heed the advice of others, when it coincides with your own internal advice.

Therefore, you are not so much acting on your friends advice as your own, reinforced by your friend.

Fom my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual, teacher.

Crazy Horse on the master and the student

The master was a servant to his dreams.  The student a servant to his own dreams.  When their dreams formed different paths, they separated.

The master in his wisdom wished the student well and instructed all to allow the student a free pathway to find his own success.

The student now had to find his own way and when this became difficult he blamed the master who was no longer there to guide him.  Could the student find his way forward as master of his own destiny or would he stall his journey through being upset with the master?

As such time as the student discovers wisdom, he will begin to be master of his own destiny.

From my guide, Crazy Horse, through Ian Rogers, medium and spiritual teacher.

Crazy Horse on anger

The question arises as to the benefit of anger in your life.  There is no question that you can achieve things in your angry state, beyond that which you could ordinarily achieve.  However, what you achieve will be negative.

The cost to your health of achieving in anger is significant as it depletes the body on an ongoing basis.

Therefore, the cost of anger and using it as a spur for action is too great.
