Once a person reaches the retirement age and chooses to stop working in the role they were, they need to choose in which field they will apply themselves so as to help others.
So many jobs are of little meaning, thus bringing scant satisfaction. Retirement age is an opportunity to restart, to find something that is meaningful and to bring self satisfaction.
In doing this, by this very act, you are teaching others.
