Torture is mostly banned on earth as it inhuman.
Why then are so many people tortured but not from torture.
It has always been that too much focus has been put on the physical and not enough on the emotional.
The tortured do not perform in society making them a liability to the progress of earth.
Surely this is sufficient to cause people to treat each other better.
