If a coach provided for you by your work, tries to make you a better employee, then that coach is not necessarily working in your best interests.
A successful coach will have as many want to leave their current employer as those who want to stay at the end of the coaching assignment.
An employer who has an employee leave after coaching should see that as a successful outcome and a worthwhile contribution to society.
