When a person is burdened by unfairness in a workplace 

Laws by themselves will not cause it to stop

Only the application of the values of the person in charge 

Can do that 

It is a primary responsibility of leadership 

To not tolerate unfairness

Odious is a description of a person 

Earned by them

For repetitive behaviour 

Demonstrating their self hatred

Which they so desperately want

To pass onto others

Crazy Horse on the unicorn

 

The unicorn is an animal of the past

Revered for its peace, calm and beauty 

Inspiring children to be loving 

Its symbology represents humans as they should be

But are not 

Hence it can’t be found on earth

Emulate the Unicorn in what or represents 

And you will be a part of its rediscovery

Late at night

Should be a time of respite 

Except for the wicked

Who are filled with spite

Over time, if you build a temple of love 

It becomes more and more pure and loving

Those wanting this environment stay and grow

Others come in and are tested on whether or not it is what they want 

When it is not, they grow in darkness, knowing that they do not fit

And go

For it is  spiritual rule

The loving are only attracted to the loving

Amoungst the animal kingdom 

Whether that be the lion, tiger or the panther

None are rogue

Each only using their skills to provide food for their own

None setting out to target others just to hurt them

The human mind wasn’t created to go rogue

It’s just another abuse by humans

Crazy Horse on when your pet dies

When your pet dies

A source of guaranteed love dies too

Part of the grief is the loss of that love

Along with a worry about being able to replace it

Your pet cares not whether you are a 

Tinker, tailor, sailor or a highway man

They accept you as you.
