As the sun rises, the birds chatter incessantly in the trees, energised by the coming of the day.
They know not whether it is Tuesday or Thursday or the weekend. They are not programmed to live in expectation of what a day will hold because of the practices of man on that particular day. They know not of having two days off from work on a weekend.
Hence they are energised by the coming of the day, not the expected outcomes of the day.
Thus, they take the ups and downs of the day as normal matters to be expected and at the end of the day are grateful for what they have experienced.
Hence, they live with an open heart.
