The callous cruelty played on the populace daily
By their own governments
In the form of policies, economic decisions etc
Can only give permission to organisations and institutions
To do the same
Leading people to a belief
That the powerful and rich
Have permission to do what they want
At the cost of the ordinary populace
In turn this causes resentment
From which crime is born
Thus, the worse the government
The more the crime
