If you have a mind that allows you to engage in anti social behaviour towards others, that lack of accountability will spread to yourself. You will become more and more alone, for which you will blame others.
In short, a part of you will be in conflict with other parts of you and your lack of accountability will cause you to both continue your negative behaviour and also dislike yourself for doing so.
