Animals learn at the pace they need to and a parent senses what the animal is ready to learn next. It is not age dependent, gender dependent nor subject dependent.
The education system for humans does the opposite, prescribing age based learning for all regardless of any significant external factor, believing this helps people to learn.
The education system is designed for all, from which only a few benefit.
