Cupid is depicted drawing back its bow ready to shoot off an arrow. This is seen as a cute and lovely sight, about to do so for the greater good.
In my time as an Indian, opposite to how we were depicted, when we were about to loose off an arrow, we believed we were doing something for the greater good.
All warriors might make the same claim, but those who make such a claim and who are acting out of greed or power, are making a false claim.
