Regret comes from exposure and its associated cost
And also from an acceptance that you have done something wrong by another.
Regret only comes to those who want to grow
For those who continue to hurt, enjoy the hurt they deliver
Whilst this can be justified on earth because such people have a mental illness
It is no excuse karmatically
