The chief wins their position because of their ability to do, to think and to organise.
Those beneath them have a reduced ability to do one or all of the things the chief can do.
It is not always easy for the chief to remember that those beneath them cannot do all that the chief can do in the manner in which the chief does them.
This takes tolerance.
It is incumbent upon the chief to teach all beneath them to do as they can do, knowing that some or even none will be able to.
This is the way of the chief.
Except when the chief has to electioneer so as to be elected
Then it is rare for the chief to be able to anything well other than tell stories.
