Crazy Horse the passing of a friend

 

On the anniversary at the grave they stood

In a site surrounded by wood

You would have her back if you could

Funny how the way she lived her life

With others, often got her into strife

Seems so meaningless now

For now you remember her love and smile

The significance of which took a while

I’m so glad you made it home

And up there you are never alone

Crazy Horse on midday

 

Midday, when the energy supply imbedded into you during the night

Begins its daily cycle to wane

Making the second half of the day 

More difficult to get through energetically 

 A greater tiredness suppresses some feelings

And causes outbursts about others

Every hour after midday signals an ever increasing 

Need for nurturing

Crazy Horse on being rough and tumble

 

The journey from rough and tumble to gentle 

Is a journey of at least one lifetime, usually more

For whilst gentle is at every person’s core

The influences of other people causes those still young in their evolution 

To believe that rough and tumble is the only way to cope

Crazy Horse on the birds night flight

 

The night is dark

The birds fly through the dark night sky

Calling out to each other

Landing faultlessly in the tree

And they didn’t have headlights attached to them

They flew by feel

Humans struggle to even feel 

Let alone navigate the dark night by feel

Crazy Horse on accomplishment

 

Life is best led when understood

To be complete that understanding has to include

What you are here to learn and accomplish 

Where you fit on earth

And where earth fits in the greater order

Only then will accomplishment 

Not feel like a punishment

Crazy Horse on the exhausted horse

 

The sweat on the horse showed how hard he had been ridden

It was time for him to cool off

For he had given his all to this point

With humans such is the case

For both physical and emotional exhaustion
