Therefore, the more negativity you fill yourself with, the further you are away from being a leader.

Physical violence to a child by a parent will cause the child to stop being a child. Maturity comes quickly to a child as each blow is administered by their parent as they lose trust and fight hopelessness.
This loss of their childhood will stay with them all of their life.
Children are given a childhood for a safe introduction into the world and they are not given parents so the parent can be physically violent to them.
