Man’s need to plunder has shown itself through time

Particularly by the conqueror in a wartime conflict

It is a use of force to annihilate another’s rights and property 

It is viewed as barbaric and history frowns on the perpetrators 

Yet is continues daily in relationship breakdowns

Where one, not always but mostly, the man

Plunders the rights and property of the other

Through force, usually financial force

Would such people rest easy with their headstone reading only

Plunderer

Crazy Horse on the parent and the child

 

A child who has lost their way 

Is a great worry for a parent

A child who has lost their way and cannot see that this is the case

Is an even greater worry for a parent

A child who has lost their way due to the manipulation of a partner

Is the greatest worry for a parent

A child who had lost their way, doesn’t know it and is being manipulated by their partner to stay lost

Is catastrophic for a parent

And in all cases the parent must eventually let the child crash

With such crash being slow and painful

When your values change in accordance with your financial position 

Then your values are not yet set.

Crazy Horse on Forebearance

 

Forebearance, present in a parent with their young child 

Weakens as the child ages and more is expected of it

Forebearance in a new relationship weakens over time

As expectations of each other grow

Forebearance of an elder approaching death is high

Then weakens after death as the reality of their life sinks in

Forebearance is hardly existent on earth 

Yet it is the stock that your guide deals in.

Crazy Horse on equality

 

It is normal for those with a domestic pet

To cater for its physical needs

As well as its mental and emotional needs

Sparing little to do so

Mostly, the effort put into the pet

Exceeds what they put into a partner

Especially emotionally 

And they cite getting hurt by a partner as the reason

But the animal can’t give them equality 

Like a partner

Hence, equality and all it brings 

Is what they fear.

Crazy Horse on reality

 

When the sun shines bright on a mid summers day

Only rain will make the heat go away

Look as you might into the sky

You will not see rain coming your way

the heat is here to stay 

This is reality 

Something so many struggle with

Adjust to what is

Don’t waste time on what you wish for

Spend your time making the most of what is

Crazy Horse on recognising a friend

 

A friend is someone who, when you go to them about your difficulty with another

Will listen, then exhort you to carry on and overcome your difficulty 

Never allowing you to get stuck in your real or perceived unfairness 

For your goal is worthy of the effort 

A person who overtly or covertly 

Holds you in your difficulty

Is not a friend 

Just someone you know 

Who delights in justifying your failure 

In order to feel a power they otherwise do not have
