If you take time in your life to follow the progress of baby birds in their nest you will note that each bird progresses at a different pace and each flees the nest just before they are ready to do so.
This is encouraged by the parent.
In this way the bird has to rely upon its instincts to survive, not all do.
For the survivors they are ready to live their life based upon their natural instincts and in doing so lead the life they are meant to.
Imagine humans being forced to rely upon their instincts. The controllers on earth would then have to focus on their own life.
Controlling others is a form of avoidance.
