Crazy Horse on innocence

In life, the innocence of discovery brings with it a purity and should never be mixed with the practice of induced discovery, done to corrupt the innocent for the benefit of the corrupter.

To corruptly steal innocence brings no reward to the corrupter.  To cover up the theft of innocence in order to protect the reputation of the corrupter, is to ensure the moral downfall of the corrupter and those who have done the covering up.

Crazy Horse on feelings and intellect

When a person who is a deeply feeling person meets a deeply thinking person, they can only form a meaningful bond when the thinking person can incorporate more feeling into their being.

Intellect relates to one life, feelings, or emotions are a cumulative learning from all lives.

Crazy Horse on excitement.

Hands touch, eyes meet, lips brush, sincerity pours from each of you, electric energy flows between you- that is true excitement.

Crazy Horse on boredom.

If there is something in life you wonder about and there always is, be adventurous and explore it.  Through exploring you are expanding and growing, despite your fears.  By doing this you will never be bored.

Crazy Horse on captivity.

Taking an animal of the wild and putting it into captivity is as foreign to the animal as asking a human to live their life as a mammal.

The only outcome for the captured animal is a loss of their spirit.  It affects the harmony of the animal kingdom to remove the spirit of some animals.

This practice is unlikely to change in the near future.  Why would it?  It has been used successfully by man on other men for centuries.

It's purpose is to gain control and superiority.  The cost of this arrogance is eternal.

Crazy Horse on Leadership

If you want to pollute a river to the detriment of others who rely on the river, you will do it upstream so the toxicity flows downstream, affecting all.

This is the way a bad or fearful leader works, affecting all who they lead. If you cannot lead, don't.

If a person is unhappy with the direction they are given in their work, it is not leadership to cause a revolt amongst the other workers, it is leadership to try to influence change and leave if the working environment is in dispute with your values.

Sugar and salt alienate each other when used in combination, so do love and hate, love and anger and love and dishonesty.

Humans do not lose consciousness, you choose to ignore it.  This makes it easy to fulfill a present want, rather than a long term need.
